I was very impressed with the service at this location! I had to have the battery changed on my daughters phone. They were very helpful. I spoke with Isaiah when I called and he is also the person who took care of us when we were there. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the same quality as Apple but reasonable prices with less wait time! I will definitely use them again!
The Screen Queen did an excellent job repairing both of my granddaughters' iPhones in just 1 hour! I saw a recommendation via a friend's search for cellphone repairs, and contacted her on Facebook from Alabama for my babies in Bridgeport! The screen repair fees were more than reasonable and we could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Screen Queen to get your crappy, ugly, busted up cellphone or tablet back to good as new!

I bought a phone from the Phone Depot and because I'm really bad with smart phone technology I asked for some advice at the store on how to transfer the service to this new phone .I didn't even know how to insert the new sim card... Lewis actually called my provider and did the transfer for me;this would have taken me a long time to do myself and I probably wouldn't have done it correctly. I developed a problem getting internet connection and spent a total of three hours on the phone with my service provider during three separate calls with no resolution to the problem . Brought the phone in today and Sherrise had the problem fixed in a few minutes. Really amazing service. Friendly staff who really know what they are doing . I can't say enough about this great staff they have . I recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone or other service. I'm a forever customer.
My experience at this shop was truly exceptional. I interacted with three different staff members, each of whom was knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful. In just under 24 hours, I had a screen replaced on my iPad at an incredibly reasonable price. I was even able to upgrade to a screen protector. If you’re in need of services or even a phone, I highly recommend visiting this shop.
